I have a large Himalayan stone lamp right near me in my office and another one on the kitchen counter. I leave them on 24/7. They both are a welcome to my spirit- not just a thing of rare beauty. I feel instantly calmed every time I look at them. I'm not a nervous person by nature but still they have a beneficial effect on my inner core- like giving my thoughts clarification.
