Continental USA Shipping Rates:

For a limited time, all orders placed are $8.95 shipping per address---no matter what you order---going UPS ground shipping or priority mail in the 48 USA states.

Transit Times for the Continental USA:

See map below for days in transit to your State. Most orders leave within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Skokie, IL. Items such as Salt Saunas, Organic Granola and Salt pool systems are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  Back ordered items will be notified of immediately and shipped as soon as possible.

Insurance and Damages:

All orders are shipped 100% insured. We do our best to pack all items very well and using recycled materials as much as possible. If your items arrive damaged, we ask that you contact us and then contact the carrier UPS. We will resend the items ordered.

Tracking:

You will be emailed a tracking number with exact delivery of your order.

Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and P.O Boxes and APOS:

Are shipped by the United States Post Office (USPS). Additional shipping fees will apply depending on weight and size of your order. We will contact you after your order is placed with the total shipping costs.

Canadian and International orders:

Are shipped by the USPS Post office.  Shipping rates will vary depending on weight and size of order. Orders are shipped first class mail or priority mail 6-10 day delivery. We will contact you with shipping rates after the order is placed.

Gift Orders:

We can ship directly to your gift recipient and include a hand written gift card at no extra charge. No receipt will be included.
