Policy All our salt lamps come with a
unlimited guarantee against defects in manufacturer's materials and workmanship.
If a defect should arise, contact us and we will
arrange for replacement of the item. The Salin
device has a 1 year manufacturers warrantee. Refund
Policy Most products have a 90 day "no-questions-asked"
money back guarantee. You can return the product for any reason. The
salt pipe once opened cannot be returned. Sorry,
there is no refund for shipping and handling costs. A
10% handling fee will be deducted for returned merchandise.
Shipping Policy $8.95
flat rate shipping is for the 48 USA states only. Alaska, Hawaii and International
does not apply. We ship usually within 1-3 working days or after payment is received.
Your products will come from Skokie, IL. We use UPS ground service or US mail.
Expedited service is available. Please email or call for shipping totals if outside
the 48 States. Back ordered items will be notified of immediatly. International
