them out of the bags and smelled them right away. The earthy smell of
the Shiitakes hit me immediately, eight ounces of them definitely went
into this blend, very impressive. Then, I smelled the spicy Cajun, and
it smelled so good, I had to taste some right away. Oof! It tastes
genuinely spicy. People who love spicy food will know what I mean. When
something says spicy we don't know if it means for average people, or

this. I fried up some potatoes, and added a nice amount. It tasted
great! A little lemon juice doesn't hurt either, and of course garlic

Later, I wanted to make some stir-fry, to test out the Shiitake blend. I
fried up some garlic, ginger, and tofu in sesame oil. I added sliced
mushrooms and peppers. I then made my Secret Sauce, including the
Shiitake Seasoning. I also cooked brown rice, to which I also added some
seasoning. The rice smelled so good, I could have eaten that by itself,
but I waited. I ended up adding a little more seasoning to my bowl to
give it even more flavor. It tasted so good! I felt the Shiitakes
coating my stomach in savory goodness. I still feel full hours later.
