One device is adequate for the treatment of max. 150 cubic meters room. However, it is recommended to use it close to you in the room that you are most in.

The Salin filter should be replaced every 4-6 months. After 6 months of use it is unusable.

The device should not be stored or used in a damp environment and it should not be sprayed with water. It is not recommended to use the device in spaces with high humidity or steam, in dusty spaces or with oily aerosols (kitchen), because the filter can get damaged. It is recommended to maintain a normal humidity level in your living space.

The device produces a noise that is very comparable with the noise of a running computer. However, there is a voltage divider and this will reduce the noise but will reduce also the quantity of the air that passes the filter and the manufacturer doesn’t recommend.

The dry sodium chloride (salt) aerosol has a considerable level of negative charge of the particles and this is leading to a negative ionization of the air surrounding the salt ions. Also, the inner surfaces of airways have a slight positive charge. Negatively charged particles of dry sodium chloride aerosol move in the lumen of respiratory tract and settle more intensively compared to neutral particles. In addition, the negative charge increases aerosol stability. Thus dry aerosol action is much more effective than one that is moist.

No! The salt micro particles are so small that won’t be able to affect negatively a low-salt diet. When you breathe the salty air, the total amount of the inhaled salt is extremely small (under 0,2g/day in the first 10 days of usage and under 0,1g/day in the first month).
